Wooden Christmas ball
Wooden Christmas balls are made of 3mm thick plywood using laser cutting and laser engraving. Color images are printed using pad printing. This also applies to full-color images.
If you need a two-layer ball, the two layers are glued together and have a total thickness of 6mm.
All manufacturing processes are carried out by us independently, so we are able to offer the standard size of the ball - 80mm in diameter (total size 80x88mm), and balls with your own size, or products with your own shape.
The production time depends on the complexity of the image and, usually, lasts -2-3 weeks. In order to start the production of wooden Christmas balls, please send us your idea and image. We will prepare a free visualization, or several options, and send it to you for approval, after which we can begin production.

- 80mm in diameter(80mmx88mm) with printing area in same size-80mm in diameter.
- Customer’s size and shape are welcome.
- Plywood 3mm available in 3 colors: neutral, red wood, valnut (grey) wood.
- The ball can be made in one or two layers. The two layers are cut separately, then processed - printed or engraved - and then glued together.
- The double-layer wooden ball has a thickness of 6 mm.

Wooden Christmas balls can be packed in a polybag or a polybag with a flip.
Add ribbon or thread, available in several colors.
